When you save a OneNote page as a single file Web page or send a page from OneNote, the following signature is added to the bottom of the page:

To change this feature or to turn off this feature, follow these steps:
  1. Start OneNote.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  3. In the Category list, click E-mail.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Edit the signature message.
    • Click to clear the Add the following signature to e-mail messages and Web pages created in OneNote check box.
  5. Click OK.
