This article was previously published under Q83919 SUMMARY
If you choose to print more than one copy of a form letter, Microsoft
Works for Windows (versions 2.0 and 3.0) prints a form letter for all
the available records in the database (one copy for each record), and then
Works for Windows goes through the database again to print a second copy
for each record. This process is continued until the number of requested
copies is achieved.
In Works 4.0, 4.5, and 4.5a for Windows 95, the default behavior is the
same as that described above. However, in Works for Windows 95, you can
choose to group your copies together by clicking the Group Copies
Together check box on the Printing tab in the Form Letters Wizard. You can also click Print from the File menu and clear the Collate check box.
