This article was previously published under Q83725 SUMMARY
In Microsoft Works 4.0, 4.5, and 4.5a for Windows, if a blank second page
prints when you print from form view in the Database, a label consisting
of spaces may exist on the second page of the form. Works treats this label
as printable and prints it on a second page.
The only way to find and delete this space label is to place the text cursor at the top of the second page and use the DOWN ARROW key to move through the document. When you move the cursor to the space label, a double quotation mark (") appears in the formula bar. When you find the label, delete it, and then check print preview to verify that the problem was corrected.
NOTE: Works 3.0 and Works for Windows 95 do not allow you to create a blank label in a database form if you use the label option on the Insert menu. However, you can still create a blank label by typing a quotation mark directly on the form.
