SYMPTOMS

If a user who is logging on to a terminal server (a server that has Terminal Server enabled) does not have the Query Information permissions on the terminal server's Remote Desktop Protocol-Transmission Control Protocol (RDP-TCP) connection object, but only has Logon permissions, the Terminal Services profile path that is defined in that user's account is ignored.

RESOLUTION
