This Support WebCast presentation will discuss methods and tools that can help IT professionals troubleshoot issues with MOM. It will also discuss some common problems that may occur with MOM and ways to resolve them. It will also discuss the data to collect when opening a MOM support incident with Product Support Services (PSS).

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Brian Wren. Brian Wren has been an infrastructure consultant with Microsoft Consulting Services for more than 7 years and has 15 years of experience in technology. Brian has been involved with the implementation of several Microsoft technologies. He has designed environments and analyzed performance and scalability for major Web-based business applications. He currently focuses on MOM implementations.
