Internet Explorer Prompts You with Two Open or Two Save Dialog Boxes (828870)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer to connect to certain Web pages, you may be prompted with two Open or two Save dialog boxes.

The timing and position of the prompts may vary slightly, but you must respond to the prompts in all the dialog boxes.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix Information

Prerequisites

This fix is supported only when all previously issued fixes for this product have also been installed.

Restart Requirement

You must perform a clean operation and rebuild the platform after you apply this fix.
