FIX: You may receive a "No Domain Found" error message when you activate a COM+ component in Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 if the user principal name (UPN) includes an "@" character (828865)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3), if the "@" character is in a user principal name (UPN), the ticket-granting service (TGS) does not renew the ticket after the ticket expires. For example, a UPN name that takes the form of "UserJoe@domain.net" will experience this behavior during Microsoft COM+ component activation.

This problem occurs most frequently after the ticket-granting ticket (TGT) expires. After the TGT expires, requests for a new TGT may fail, and you may receive the following error message:
