The body of an e-mail message does not appear as expected in an OWA 2003 e-mail message that contains Korean DBCS characters (828710)

SYMPTOMSIf you receive an e-mail message that contains Korean double-byte character set (DBCS) characters in the Subject box and in the body of the e-mail message in Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2003, the body of the e-mail message does not appear as expected.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for
Exchange Server 2003.
