SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Office OneNote 2003, when you click a hyperlink
to a Web site that has a URL that starts with "https," you may receive the
following error message: Unable to open
https://Web site. A security problem has occurred.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, copy the hyperlink from your
OneNote 2003 page, and then paste URL in the Address bar of
your Web browser.MORE INFORMATIONOneNote 2003 does not support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and
Secure HTTP (S-HTTP).
