You cannot customize the choices in the "Source of lead" list in Outlook 2003 (828241)

SYMPTOMSWhen you create a new contact from an existing e-mail
message, you cannot customize the choices in the Source of
lead list on the Details tab of the Business Contact
form in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact
Manager.CAUSEThis problem occurs because the forms that are installed by
Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager cannot be modified because the
choices in the fields and lists are predefined. The fields and list choices are
used by Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager for the generation of
reports and other forms of output.STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft
products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this
article.
