This Support WebCast provides information about why Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2000 SP1 is more than just a "patch" release. MOM SP1 contains many new and exciting features. Learn how to upgrade MOM 2000 to MOM 2000 SP1 so that you can take advantage of them. This session also talks about some of the common pitfalls and how to avoid them.

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Travis Wright . Travis Wright is a Program Manager on the Microsoft Operations Manager team responsible for setup and upgrade feature areas.
