SYMPTOMS

When you sign an e-mail message by using a certificate that has multiple e-mail addresses associated with it, only the first e-mail address appears as the sending address, regardless of the e-mail address that you use to send the e-mail message.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, sign an e-mail message by using a certificate that has only one e-mail address associated with the certificate.
