MacOffX: Text Labels for Atoms Are Missing from Molecular Drawings (828013)

SYMPTOMS

When you open a Microsoft Word document that contains one or more ChemDraw 7.0.1 drawing objects by using Microsoft Word X for Mac, the text labels for the atoms are missing from the molecular drawings.

Note This problem also occurs with Microsoft PowerPoint X for Mac and Microsoft Excel X for Mac files that contain ChemDraw drawing objects.

RESOLUTION

This problem has been fixed in the Microsoft Exchange Update for Entourage X (Office v. X 10.1.4 Update). To obtain the Microsoft Office v. X 10.1.4 Update, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
