SYMPTOMS
The Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Information Store service
may stop unexpectedly while it tries to convert a message that does not
contain the PR_MESSAGE_CLASS MAPI property. The call stack for the failing
thread may look similar to the following:

RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server service pack that contains this hotfix.
