SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Office Word 2003, if you insert a caption in a
document, insert a cross reference, and then insert another caption with a
different numbering format, the cross reference displays the following error
message: Error! Reference Source not
found. CAUSEThis problem may occur if you click to select the
Exclude label from caption check box in the initial
