Composite PostScript Publication Prints as RGB Composite Instead of as CMYK Composite (827466)

SYMPTOMSWhen you print a publication as composite PostScript, the publication may print as red-green-blue (RGB) composite instead of as the expected cyan-magenta-yellow-black (CMYK)
composite.CAUSEThis behavior may occur if both of the following conditions are true: - In the Color Printing dialog box, the color
model is set to process colors.
-and- - You do not change the output type to Composite CMYK in the Advanced Print Settings dialog box.
RESOLUTIONTo print your publication as CMYK composite, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Print, and then click Advanced Print Settings.
- Click the Separations tab, and then click Composite CMYK in the Output list.
- If you know that you will typically be printing CMYK composite from Microsoft Publisher, you can click to select the
Print composite CMYK by default check box.
- Change any other settings that you want to change, and then click OK.
- Make any other setting changes that you want to make in the Print dialog box, and then click OK.
The publication now prints as CMYK composite PostScript. REFERENCES
