MORE INFORMATION

To use a graphic as a picture fill, follow these steps:
  1. Select a text frame or a Publisher drawing object.
  2. Click the arrow next to the Fill Color tool, and then click Fill Effects.
  3. Click the Picture tab.
  4. Click Select Picture.
  5. Select a folder that contains graphics files.
  6. Select a graphics file, and then click Insert.
  7. If you do not want the picture to be distorted, click to select the Lock Aspect Ratio check box.
