SYMPTOMSWhen you double-click a Microsoft Office Project Server 2003
Outlook calendar item, the Project Web access tab is blank
instead of displaying the timesheet.CAUSEThis problem occurs when Microsoft Outlook is installed on a
Terminal Server system if the Outlook Visual Basic Scripting Support is not
installed.RESOLUTION Temporarily Disable Terminal Services To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, right-click My
Computer, and then click Manage.
- Expand Services and Applications, click
Services, right-click Terminal Services, and
then click Properties.
- In the Startup Type box, click
Disabled.
Note Make a note if the current setting is Manual or Automatic so that
you can restore this setting later.
Install the Scripting Support- To download Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 for Microsoft
Windows 2000 and Microsoft Windows XP, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
- Click Download, and then click Run
