You Can Log On by Using CTRL+ALT+DEL Even Though This Keyboard Shortcut Has Been Disabled by Local Policy (826481)

SYMPTOMS

When you use a smart card for logon, you may be able to log on to the computer by using the CTRL+ALT+DEL keyboard shortcut, even though this method has been disabled by the local computer policy.
