Database properties are lost after you save Database Model Diagram (US Units) drawing in Visio 2003 (826419)

SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Visio 2003, when you try to view the properties
of an entity or object in your saved Database Model Diagram (US Units) drawing,
no properties show in the Database Properties window.
Note If the Database Properties window does not show, right-click an
entity or object in your drawing, and then click Database
Properties.CAUSEThis problem may occur if Design Mode is turned on when you
insert an ActiveX Control (for example, a Microsoft Forms 2.0
CommandButton).
Note To insert an ActiveX Control, click Control on
the Insert menu.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, turn off Design Mode before you
save your Database Model Diagram (US Units) drawing. To turn off Design Mode,
click the Design Mode button on the Developer
toolbar.
Note To show the Developer toolbar, point to
Toolbars on the View menu, and then click
Developer.STATUS Microsoft
