SYMPTOMSWhen you insert an Ink Drawing and Writing object to a Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 slide,
no ink may be inserted. Also, when you add ink to a slide in Slide Show view, and you click Yes to keep your
annotations, the ink may disappear when you switch to Normal view.CAUSEThis behavior may occur if you have any of the following programs installed: - Norton AntiVirus 2002
- Norton SystemWorks 2002
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, Symantec has released a new version of the Office Plug-In. It is available through the Live Update option
in Norton Anti-Virus 2002.WORKAROUND
