Numbering in a numbered list changes when you drag text in OneNote 2003 (825931)

SYMPTOMSIn OneNote 2003, when you drag text that is in a numbered
list to another numbered item, the numbering of the list changes and starts at
one.CAUSEThis problem may occur when your numbered list starts at
zero, and you put the text between line number zero and a different line
number.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, if you want to reset the
numbering at zero:
- Select the list.
- Remove, and then reapply the numbering.
- Select the list.
- On the Format menu, click
Numbering, and then click Customize
numbering.
- In the Start list at box, type
0.
- Click outside the box.

has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
