You receive an "out of memory" error when you view a WebForm (825915)

SYMPTOMS

You receive an "out of memory" error message when you view a WebForm in Microsoft Windows CE .NET.

CAUSE

The Microsoft JScript module saves the script that is used to refresh the page for debugging purposes. When you refresh a Web page, a new copy of the script is saved to the heap. However, this copy of the script is not released until the browser moves to a different Web page that does not have the refresh script.

RESOLUTION

  • Click the Browse button to locate a new Web site.
  • Close your browser, and then reopen your browser.
