FIX: The ServiceHeader Version Element May Not Be Populated Correctly by the BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet (825752)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet version 2.0, you may notice that the VersionIdentifier element of the ServiceHeader element is not populated according to the RosettaNet Information Framework (RNIF) version 2.0 specification. This problem affects the following element:
<ServiceHeader><ProcessControl><ActivityControl><MessageControl><inReplyTo><ActionControl><ActionIdentity><standardVersion><VersionIdentifier>V02.00</VersionIdentifier>

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

According to the RNIF specification, the VersionIdentifier element should not be present for RosettaNet content.
