Cannot Print When You Use GDT Infowave Powerprint 4.5.1 Cables (825459)

SYMPTOMS

You cannot print in a virtual machine if you use GDT Infowave's Powerprint 4.5.1 cables.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because GDT Infowave's Powerprint 4.5.1 cables are not compatible with Virtual PC.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
