This article describes how to send results that are collected from a FrontPage 2003 Web site form to multiple e-mail addresses. In the method that is described in this article, you create two forms and a confirmation page, and then link the forms together so that they share form results.

How to Create Page1 and Page2

To create Page1 and Page2, follow these steps:
  1. Create Page1. To do so, follow these steps:
    1. Start FrontPage.
    2. On the File menu, point to New.
    3. In the New task pane, click Blank page.
    4. On the File menu, click Save.
    5. In the Save As dialog box, specify a location where you want to save the page, type Page1 in the File name box, and then click Save.
  2. Create Page2. To do so, follow these steps:
    1. On the File menu, click Save As.
    2. In the Save As dialog box, specify a location where you want to save the page, type Page2 in the File name box, and then click Save.

How to Create a Confirmation Page

To create a confirmation page, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, point to New.
  2. In the New task pane, click Blank page.
  3. Add the text and the Web page elements that you want for the page.
  4. On the File menu, click Save.
  5. In the Save As dialog box, specify a location where you want to save the page, type Confirm in the File name box, and then click Save.

How to Configure the Form on Page1

To create and configure the form on Page1, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Page1.htm file that you created earlier in the "How to Create Page1 and Page2" section of this article.
  2. On the Insert menu, point to Form, and then click Form.
  3. Right-click the Submit button on the form, and then click Form Properties.
  4. In the Form Properties dialog box, click Send to.
  5. In the File name box, type the path and the file name of the file where you want to send the results.
  6. In the E-mail address box, type the e-mail address of the first recipient.
  7. Click Options.
  8. In the Saving Results dialog box, do the following:
    1. Click the E-mail Results tab.
    2. In the E-mail format box, click the e-mail format that you want.
    3. Under E-mail message header, in the Subject line box, type the subject line that you want.
    4. In the Reply-to-line box, type the reply-to e-mail address.
    5. Click the Confirmation Page tab.
    6. In the URL of confirmation page (optional) box, click Browse.
    7. In the Current Web Site dialog box, locate, and then click the Page2.htm file that you created earlier in the "How to Create Page1 and Page2" section of this article, and then click OK.
    8. Click OK.
  9. Click OK.
  10. On the File menu, click Save.

How to Configure the Form on Page2

To create and configure the form on Page2, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Page2.htm file that you created earlier in the "How to Create Page1 and Page2" section of this article.
  2. On the Insert menu, point to Form, and then click Form.
  3. Right-click the Submit button on the form, and then click Form Properties.
  4. In the Form Properties dialog box, Click Send to.
  5. In the File name box, type the path and the file name of the file where you want to send the results.
  6. In the E-mail address box, type the e-mail address of the second recipient.
  7. Click Options.
  8. In the Saving Results dialog box, do the following:
    1. Click the E-mail Results tab.
    2. In the E-mail format box, click the e-mail format that you want.
    3. Under E-mail message header, in the Subject line box, type the subject line that you want.
    4. In the Reply-to-line box, type the reply-to e-mail address.
    5. Click the Confirmation Page tab.
    6. In the URL of confirmation page (optional) box, click Browse.
    7. In the Current Web Site dialog box, locate, and then click the Confirm.htm file that you created earlier in the "How to Create a Confirmation Page" section of this article, and then click OK.
    8. Click OK.
  9. Click OK.
  10. On the File menu, click Save.
