Guest operating system keyboard does not respond in Virtual PC (825261)

SYMPTOMSWhen you start a guest operating system in Connectix Virtual PC, the keyboard may
not respond in the guest operating system.CAUSESometimes, this issue may occur if the guest operating system
does not detect that a modifier (CTRL, ALT, or SHIFT) key is released on the
keyboard.
Note For a modifier key to remain pressed, you
do not have to press the modifier key on the keyboard. Sometimes, a modifier
key remains pressed while the guest operating system is in a
transition state. For example, during the installation of a guest operating
system, the CTRL key may remain pressed.WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, follow these steps:
- Click in the guest PC window.
- On the keyboard, press and release each modifier key
separately.
