This Support WebCast session will discuss some of top issues that have been documented in Product Support Services (PSS) for the Microsoft Exchange 2000 information store component. This session (the second of two) will talk about troubleshooting information store problems in depth. It will also review the improvements made to that component in Exchange Server 2003 that make it easier to troubleshoot.

This is a Level 300 session presented by Nino Bilic.

Nino Bilic started working at Microsoft as a contractor in April 2000, and joined Microsoft full-time a year later. He works in Exchange Server support, supporting Exchange beginning with version 4.0 to Exchange Server 2003. Nino is now working in the role of a Technical Lead on the Enterprise Messaging Support Texas team, focusing on Exchange administration.
