This Support WebCast session will discuss some of the
top issues that have been documented in Product Support Services (PSS) for two
Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 components. This session (the first of two) will
talk about troubleshooting common setup and System Attendant issues in depth.
It will also review the improvements made to those components in Exchange 2003
that make them easier to troubleshoot. This is a
Level
300 session that will be presented by Nino Bilic. Nino Bilic started
working at Microsoft as a contractor in April 2000, and joined Microsoft
full-time a year later. He works in Exchange Server support, supporting
Exchange beginning with version 4.0 to Exchange Server 2003. Nino is now
working in the role of a Technical Lead on the Enterprise Messaging Support
