August 20, 2003Today's information workers receive unprecedented
volumes of e-mail and connect to their Microsoft Exchange servers over a
variety of networks. This Support WebCast will discuss the architectural
changes in Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 that have dramatic
effect on the end-user experience. It will also discuss the innovative new user
experience in Outlook 2003 that helps users be more productive and defeats
information overload. Areas covered include cached exchange mode, sync
improvements, RPC/HTTP, PST/OST improvements, reading pane, the new e-mail
view, arrangements, quick flags, search folders and templates, the new Outlook
