The Setup.ini Wizard is not available with the Office 2003 Resource Kit (823816)

SUMMARYThe Microsoft Office 2003 Resource Kit does not include the Setup.ini Wizard.
Microsoft does not recommend that you use the Microsoft Office XP Resource Kit's version of the Setup.ini Wizard. It has not been tested and it is not supported when used to modify the Setup.ini Wizard for Office 2003.
