SYMPTOMS

If you use Rules Wizard in Microsoft Outlook to automatically forward a message to another recipient in your Microsoft Exchange 5.5 organization, the body text of the message may be corrupted.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you receive a message that has 500 recipients or more in the To field, and the message is forwarded to another recipient.

For example, you may see that information from the From field, the Sent field, and the To field is repeated throughout the body text of the message.

RESOLUTION
