SYMPTOMS

When you programmatically open and close Microsoft Office documents that contain Shockwave Flash objects, the Microsoft Office program may quit unexpectedly (crash).

When you programmatically open and close Microsoft PowerPoint presentations that contain Shockwave Flash objects, PowerPoint may quit and you may sometimes receive the following error message:
PowerPoint found an error it cannot correct and will shut down.
