Problems that may occur in Meeting Workspace information when you use Outlook Web Access (822697)

SYMPTOMS

When you use a Web browser to gain access to Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access for Exchange Server 2003, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

• If you use Outlook Web Access to update a meeting that is created in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and the meeting includes a Meeting Workspace, if you use Outlook 2003 to make additional changes to the meeting, the final changes that you made with Outlook 2003 do not appear when you view the meeting on the Meeting Workspace Web site.
• If you use Outlook Web Access to update a meeting that is created in Outlook 2003 and the meeting includes a Meeting Workspace, the changes that you made in Outlook Web Access do not appear when you view the meeting on the Meeting Workspace Web site.
• If you use Outlook Web Access to create a meeting and then you try to use Outlook 2003 to open the meeting, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
  Your attempt to create a meeting workspace or link to an existing one can't be completed. The operation failed.
• If you use Microsoft Outlook for Macintosh to create a meeting and then you try to use Outlook 2003 to open the meeting, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
  Your attempt to create a meeting workspace or link to an existing one can't be completed. The operation failed.
• If you use Outlook Web Access to create a meeting, you cannot use Outlook 2003 to add a Meeting Workspace to the meeting.
