OL2000: Thai: "The Action Could Not Be Completed" Error Message When You Click Properties for Your Personal Address Book (822374)

SYMPTOMS

In the Thai version of Microsoft Outlook 2000, when you click Properties in your Personal Address Book, you receive the following error message:

The action could not be completed.

To view the properties of your Personal Address Book, follow these steps:

In Outlook 2000, click Address Book on the Tools menu.
In the Address Book dialog box, change the Show Names from the box to Personal Address Book.
On the File menu, click Properties.

CAUSE

This problem may occur after you install Microsoft Office 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP-3).
