FIX: Error Message When You Call SccPopulateList Through the Microsoft Source Code Control Interface (821419)

SYMPTOMS

If you use the SccPopulateList API when you perform some commands through the Microsoft Source Code Control Interface (MSSCCI), you may receive the following error message:
-15 (SCC_E_NONSPECIFICERROR non-specific error)

RESOLUTION

Hotfix Information

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
