SYMPTOMS
When the built-in "Exchange 2000 - (SP1-Local System) Collect Public Folder
Statistics" script runs, the report only shows mailboxes from one virtual server, and the same mailboxes appear regardless of the virtual server. This symptom occurs if the following conditions are true:
- You have upgraded Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2000 with Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Management Pack to MOM 2000 Service Pack1 (SP1).
- The MOM 2000 Exchange 2000 agent is installed on both nodes of an Active/Active Exchange 2000 cluster that has more than one Exchange 2000 virtual server.
Additionally, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Collection of public folder statistics failed using mailbox NetBIOS name of the second node of the cluster.
Error: Failed to query public folder table for list of public folders and their properties [0x80040605(-2147219963)]
