Deployment user credentials are stored in the metabase (821126)

INTRODUCTIONTo deploy Microsoft Application Center 2000, you must have
administrative credentials on the target server. Deployment information and
user credentials are stored in the metabase. MORE INFORMATIONThe deployment credentials are deleted from the metabase when the deployment status is removed from the MMC synchronizations node. This action occurs, typically, 24 hours after the deployment.
The
administrative credentials are encrypted by the same mechanism that is used to store
the IUSR _machinename password and the IWAM_machinename password. Therefore, the account
credentials are not available to anyone with local access to the server.
If you do not want to use domain accounts for Application
