OFF2000: You Cannot Print EPS Picture in Office 2000 Programs (820943)

SYMPTOMSWhen you print your Microsoft Office 2000 document that contains an Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) picture, the picture does not print.CAUSEThis problem may occur when the following conditions occur: - You print to a PostScript printer.
-and- - You print your Office 2000 document on a computer that has Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, Microsoft Windows 2000, or Microsoft Windows XP installed.
WORKAROUNDUse one of the following methods to work around this problem: - Print your Office document that contains the EPS graphic to a non-PostScript printer. For example, print the Office document to a Printer Control Language (PCL) printer.
-or- - Print your Office 2000 document to a PostScript printer on a computer that has Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Millennium Edition (ME) installed.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office XP.
