CIM_DataFile class returns an incorrect or null value for files that are larger than 2 GB in Windows 2000 (820608)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), instances of the CIM_DataFile class, for example CIM_LogicalFile, for files that are larger than 2 gigabytes (GB) return an incorrect or NULL value for the FileSize property.
