Some Keyboard Shortcuts Do Not Work the Way That You Expect in Outlook Web Access (820274)

SYMPTOMS

When you sign in to your mailbox by using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), and you try to use keyboard shortcut commands to perform operations in OWA, those commands may not work in the way that you expect.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you sign in to OWA from an MSN 8 Web browser.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the mouse to perform the operations where the keyboard shortcut does not work as you expect.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

The following table lists the keyboard shortcuts that perform incorrectly in OWA when you log on from an MSN 8 Web browser:
