Session Summary

May 27, 2003

Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 includes support for both real-time and offline access to mailbox data from a variety of device platforms. From the richness of Outlook 2003, through the powerful new features in Outlook Web Access 2003 (the robust and portable Pocket PCs, Pocket PC Phone Edition, and Smartphone) to the lightweight XHTML browsers on many mobile phones, Exchange 2003 has a mobile data path for all these. This Support WebCast also discusses the detailed control of this access for administrators, and how to create a more secure model for mobile access to Exchange 2003.

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Steve Conn. Steve Conn is a Product Manager with the Exchange Server team. He has been at Microsoft for six years, working on Exchange Server and Mobile Information Server. Steve worked as a Software Test Engineer on the Message Transfer Agent for Exchange Server 5.0 and 5.5.
