FIX: Isoch cycle time is set incorrectly in the contextMatch register (819111)

SYMPTOMS

When an IEEE 1394 driver (Msdv.sys) sets the DESCRIPTOR_SYNCH_ON_TIME flag in an isochronous (isoch) descriptor, attaches the isoch descriptor, and then enables a listen or a talk, the isoch packet synchronization may occur in the wrong cycle time.

CAUSE

The Microsoft Windows 1394 Open Host Controller Interface (OHCI) host controller driver that is named Ohci1394.sys incorrectly sets the cycle time in the contextMatch register.
