Xbox: How to change personal and billing information for Xbox Live (819003)

1. From the Xbox Live Dashboard, press the B button.
2. Select the account you want to change details for, and then press the A button.
3. Select Account Management, and then press the A button.
4. On the Account Management menu, select Credit Card.
5. Press the A button to OK the message.
6. Enter the last four digits of your credit card, select Done, and then press the A button
7. Select the item in the list you want to change, and then press the A button. The items on this screen include:
   • Payment Method
   • Cardholder Name
   • Credit Card Number
   • Expiration Date
   • Phone Number
8. Select Continue, and then press the A button to reveal the following items that can be changed. To change one of them, select the item, and then press the A button:
   • Postal Code
   • State/Territory
   • City
   • Street Address
   • E-mail Address
9. Select Done, and then press the A button.
