SYMPTOMS
When you follow these steps on your Microsoft Exchange server to view the history of an e-mail message, Exchange System Manager may quit unexpectedly:
- In System Manager, you click Message Tracking Center.
- You click a sender and then click Find Now.
- In the results of that search, you open a message and then click Message History.
- In the Location row, you click an Exchange server.
Also, DCOM event ID 10009 may appear in the event log.

To resolve this problem, obtain the September 2003 Exchange 2000 Server Post-Service Pack 3 (SP3) Rollup.
