You cannot export all the items in a personal folders file while you synchronize your offline folder with your mailbox in Outlook 2003 (817877)

SYMPTOMSIf you try to export your personal folders (.pst) file while
you are synchronizing your offline folder with your mailbox, your .pst file
only contains those items that were synchronized at the time of
export.CAUSEThis behavior occurs because Outlook 2003 can only export
those items that have been synchronize to your offline folder in this
situation. Outlook 2003 cannot access your mailbox as it was not designated for
export.WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, you must wait until the
synchronization between your offline folder and mailbox has completed before
you export your offline folder to a local .pst file.
