PowerPoint does not flag a repeated word after the first word is changed (817104)

SYMPTOMSWhen you type text in a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 presentation and you type the
same word two times, PowerPoint does not flag the repeated word. This symptom
occurs if you delete one or more characters in the first word and then retype
the same characters. When you check the spelling in the presentation,
PowerPoint no longer flags the repeated word.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, move the insertion point to the
end of the second word, and then press SPACEBAR. STATUS Microsoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
