This Support WebCast will talk about how to analyze and troubleshoot common Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server performance issues. The presentation will also discuss some basic concepts and what data to collect when you troubleshoot a particular type of problem.

This is a Level 300 session that will be presented by Michael Palermiti. Michael Palermiti joined Microsoft in January 2001. He is currently a Technical Lead in the PSS Enterprise Messaging group and works on the Exchange Administration team. He has supported both Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 over the last two years. He has recently been involved with developing and delivering performance-related training and documentation to Microsoft Support Professionals.
