Palermiti joined Microsoft in January 2001. He is currently a Technical Lead in
the PSS Enterprise Messaging group and works on the Exchange Administration
team. He has supported both Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 over the last two
years. He has recently been involved with developing and delivering
performance-related training and documentation to Microsoft Support
