Hotfix information

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

Osql.exe uses the Win32 API Sleep call to avoid CPU usage while it waits for the results of a query. This sleep value is hard-coded as 100 milliseconds. This value limits the number of query operations per second to approximately 10.

The sleep activity is similar to the DB-Library option DataReadySleep. In the DB-Library, the DbDataReady function is controlled by the DataReadySleep value.
