Text does not print if you paste a Visio 2002 shape that contains text (815620)

SYMPTOMS

If you paste a Microsoft Visio 2002 shape that contains text and you print the document to a PCL printer, the text does not print.

CAUSE

This problem may occur after you install Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 2 (SP-2).

RESOLUTION

This problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3. To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP.

To work around this problem, print to a non-PCL printer or print to a PostScript printer.
